Missing UNIJOS Female Student Found Dead With Gouged Eyes (Graphic Photos)

A missing student of the University of Jos (UNIJOS), Plateau State, identified as Jennifer Anthony has been reportedly found dead with her both eyes gouged out, Siggy reports.

The 300 level Special Education and Rehabilitation Sciences student went missing since December 31, 2021, New Year’s Eve.

All attempt to find her proved abortive until her body was recovered in a hotel in Jos with both eyes gorged out, indicating she may have been killed for ritual purposes.

She was said to have lodged in the hotel with her boyfriend who is also a student of the University of Jos (UNIJOS).

Speaking on the incident, the ASP Ubah Ogaba, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Police Command in Plateau on Wednesday, said:

”The Command is aware of the ugly incident which took place on Jan. 1, at the Domus Pacis lodge. The suspect, who is at large, went away with all means to identify the victim.

“The Commissioner of Police has ordered a discrete investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the incident and to arrest the perpetrators of that dastardly act.

“We promise to furnish the media with more details on the incident as it unfolds.”

He also said that the corpse has been deposited at the mortuary of the Plateau Specialist Hospital, Jos.
